We are set in a peaceful valley, off the main road yet accessible with the village of Bratton Flemming a mile away by road, or a shorter walk across the fields.
A short drive will take you so many places with Exmoor Zoo and the Steam Trains close by, Barnstaple with its mix of history ad modern amenities, the sandy beaches on the west coast and the rugged rocky coastline to the north. |
| Exmoor with its wonderful scenery, walks and wildlife is also within a few miles. Add to this all the varying attractions that North Devon has to offer and you will have so much choice, you will have to return many times to see it all. |
 The farmhouse dates from the 1600's and retains many original features - open fireplaces, exposed beams & bread ovens. There are all the modern conveniences of central heating, en suite, TV and tea-making. You have access at all times and are welcome to look around the farm, walk our routes or just relax with little to disturb you other than the birds singing or the sound of the farm animals in the distance.
Breakfast is your choice - nibble or feast to suit your tastes. Local produce is used with much home produced. Dinner can be 4 courses or lighter farmhouse suppers. You can also eat out at many local inns or restaurants. You are welcome to bring your own wine and special diets can be catered for with prior notice. |
We aim to give you an enjoyable holiday in a beautiful part of North Devon. The views from the farm are some of the best you can see.
