Kimbland Farm - 3 diamond bed & breakfast. Exmoor - North Devon

Our family run a 400 acre working beef and sheep farm and welcome visitors to our home for B&B accommodation. Come and enjoy the panoramic views over Exmoor and taste the 'good' life on a farm.

Facilities include one en-suite family room with a double and a single bed. Also separate single and double rooms with shared use of bathroom. The double has a washbasin. Tea/coffee making facilities in all rooms and towels are provided.

Colour TV provided in lounge and a choice of menu served at breakfast.
We have our own spring water which is ultra light treated.
There is ample off road private parking.



The towns of Barnstaple and South Molton are within easy reach (8 miles) with the coastline and beautiful beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe only 30 minutes away.
A variety of fishing and excellent golf courses are within the locality as well as riding, cycling, bowling, go-karting and quadbiking or enjoy walking on the moors, the coastal paths or Tarka trails.

Smoking is allowed in lounge but not elsewhere indoors and no animals can be taken in the house. Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for the disabled.
