The farmhouse was built in 1658 and was modernised to a high standard in 2000. The accommodation consists of 2 twin bedded or double bedded rooms and 2 rooms with a 4 poster bed, all of which are ensuite, with colour TV and tea making facilities. There is a large lounge with TV, board games and Library. Ample parking is available in a private courtyard.

Self Catering Cottage
The accommodation is a self-contained unit including a comfortable lounge with television and a music system, a large dining room and fitted kitchen.
Two double rooms and one room containing bunk beds, all with washbasins, and a bathroom are on the first floor. There is access to a private garden with barbeque facilities. Ample car parking is available in a private courtyard. |

Bring your horse on holiday
For the horse lovers, we provide livery at reasonable rates for anyone wishing to bring their own horse or pony. On the farm there are stabling, arena facilities, and scenic rides. For others there are several pony trekking and riding schools in the area.

| Isley Marsh and Tarka Trail
The RSPB nature reserve at Isley Marsh adjoins the farm, and the Tarka Trail, part of the coastal foot and cycle path, runs through the farm. Bicycles can be hired in Yelland. |
